GLOBAL CLIMATE 2021

Thursday 8th July 2021

TIME  (BST)          PROGRAMME

09:30 - 09:45

Professor James Longhurst, Chairman, EAUC

Across the world, most universities do not benefit from access to a local or national
university sustainability network such as the EAUC. Nor for them is there a supportive and action-driving sustainability framework
that reflects the social, cultural, economic and ecological circumstances of their region. It is with this in mind the UN Sustainable University Framework has been created.

Susan Gardner, Director, Ecosystems Division, UNEP
